Yes, advanced ticket purchase is required because tours typically sell out quickly. Please book tickets well in advance to maximize your chance of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer. Tickets can be purchased with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express only, either online or by calling us at 612.750.9898.

We do not provide a waiting list. There is always a chance that we will add an additional tour on that day. Contact us about what date you’re interested in.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as they guarantee your spot on the tour. We cannot provide partial refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or partial attendance. In the event of extreme weather, where travel is not advised in the Metro Area, the tour may be canceled at our discretion. Your tickets would be valid on a rescheduled date of your choice.

Tours are held rain, snow, or shine! You should dress appropriately for the day’s weather conditions and bring an umbrella if necessary. Yes! Review details in each tour description. Also, detailed instructions are provided after ticket purchase with the tour’s starting and ending locations. Return trips can be accomplished on foot, by taxi / ride share, or using Metro Transit bus or light rail.

Our food tours are, but winery, brewery, and sightseeing tours are not unless accessible buses are requested and booked for private tours.

Gratuities for good service are always greatly appreciated. The service industry standard is 20%.

Yes, bathrooms are available at selected locations. However, we strongly recommend you use the facilities before arriving for the tour.

Yes, currently we only offer tours in English. Contact us if you would like to arrange for your own interpreter to join the tour.

You are welcome to bring alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages on the bus, and you can purchase growlers from our participating breweries. No hard liquor. We support our local brewery partners and hope you will too by purchasing a growler for the bus or for your enjoyment at home. Cups are provided, as is water.

Only on our Brews ‘n Bites tour, although we include small snacks on all tours. Most breweries will have food trucks available. You’re welcome to bring this food on the bus or enjoy it in the brewery. Make sure to check in with the food truck when we arrive; depending on arrival time, food can be a wait. Feel free to bring along any food from home too!

Very little. Our tours are via bus from venue to venue. Any walking and standing will be from the bus and inside the brewery. Seating is available inside breweries on a first-come, first-served basis.

Definitely! Many of our guests live right here in the Twin Cities. Locals often join us to learn about the great food and drink finds in the “Heart and Soul” of the Twin Cities which have been under their noses the entire time. The Twin Cities has many unique breweries with delicious beers and interesting stories. This tour is a fantastic way to rediscover your hometown.
